DSOM Enrollment Steps
New students MUST complete Enrollment Steps #1 & #2 in order to receive their first course manual.
Confirmation of Enrollment in the DSOM will be sent via email.
Step 1- Complete the DSOM New Student Enrollment Form
Students should determine which Study Track and DSOM Location they wish to enroll in prior to completing the form. This information can be found under the About the DSOM tab.
Very Important- The DSOM Office recommends that students enroll in a course at least 4 weeks in advance of the seminar/exam date listed next to the course title. Students should be cautious when selecting the first course to enroll in. Students should make time allowances for enrollment processing, shipping, and time to read/study through material ahead of the seminar/exam date for the particular course they are enrolling in. Refer to the Course Schedules tab for the schedule for each location.
Enrichment Study Track students may pick any course from the Certified, Licensed, or Ordained Study Tracks that are offered at the selected Campus Location.
High School Study Track Students will select the course that the DSOM Office has designated as the student's first course. Use the Contact Form at the bottom of this page to contact the DSOM Office.
The one-time Registration Fee of $50 is due at this time.
The first Course Enrollment Fee is due at this time.
Certified, Licensed, Ordained, and High School Study Tracks - $145.00
Enrichment Study Track - $50.00
*Please note- this Course Enrollment Fee paid at the time of initial enrollment only covers the cost of the first class.
Select and complete the form and subsequent payment form for the campus you wish to attend.
Step 2- Complete the Global University Release Form

2. Complete the form and sign
3. Return completed form to the DSOM Office

Step 3 - Pastor Reference Form
This form must be submitted by the student's pastor.
Students will need to send this Pastor Reference Form link to their pastor.
